Review for Autumn Green at Wright Campus
I have seen some improvements with my loved one, but I am concerned about the additional supplemental fees, rent raises and walking demands kept changing. The facility and staff are wonderful. On the other hand, corporation and administration constantly increase rent and fees. I picked this community, for the pricing, outdoor spaces and atmosphere. Pricing is the one thing that is changing constantly and sometimes invoicing can be confusing. Often, the balance sheets don't add up, and they don't send out corrected invoices when requested.

Visited for mom
My sisters and I visited the facility today for our mom and need to make a decision soon. [Name removed] showed us around and was more than helpful. We had a lot of questions and she made us feel comfortable and not rushed even though it got late. The facility is clean and patients and workers more than friendly. We were happy she allowed us to talk to those who live there. She is actually going to visit our mom tomorrow at her rehab. ABOVE AND BEYOND!

We chose Autumn Green because of the proximity to family, the overall value for the dollar spent, I also thought the cleanliness of the facility was attractive. The location is also near a lot of shopping. The apartment sizes are good. I would recommend to others looking.

I would recommend this community. They are expensive but we do feel like it was worth it. The apartments and the building are very nice. I interacted with two staff and they were always friendly and responsive with anything that I needed.

Nice Place to Live
I think it's a nice place. It's kept up well, and it looks very nice in there. Things are very easy for my loved one to do now, with meals and cleaning provided for him. I really like the apartment. For one person, it's roomy. There's plenty of room for what he needs. Coming from a big house has ben an adjustment for him though. They have a lot of activities - I always see a schedule posted on the wall, and it looks like they have something going on pretty much every night.

This place was amazing. So clean and did not give the feel for a senior living place. The apartments were very nice and the price would be in my Aunt price range even if she would say it wouldn't. The person who showed me around was also named [name removed]. She was very nice and answered any questions I had. She also emailed me tour videos that I could show my aunt if she is willing to look at them. The activities they have look like to much fun and the face that it is located near Harlem and Irving (HIP) plaza is a plus. If you send anymore recommended places I would concentrate on anything less than $3,000 a month for independent living.

Great Place
It is a great community except for the food. The food is not good. The room sizes are huge. The layout of the community is good. They have a nice outdoor space. The staff is great, always, happy, and helpful. They have have been great during the Covid-19.

Bright views for next chapter of life!
We had a tour of Autumn Green today, preparing to find a home for my mother-in-law. [Name removed] took us around and we were so very impressed! We think this will be the perfect fit for her. Can't comment on the care, but the facilities and amenities are top of the line in this area.
Hopefully, finances will allow this move to a secure, fun, clean, bright, caring, engaging next chapter.

My first and only choice
Autumn Green was the first community on my list of places to tour and my dad was just so comfortable here that we decided to have him stay. My father is living here now and so far it’s been pretty good. He has a certain type of dementia and it seems that the later the day goes, the more confused he gets. But since he’s been here (about 6 weeks now), just the 3 meals that are available, the people around him, and the scheduling of everything seems to be keeping his dementia in check. It’s been a lot easier having him here where they can help him. The staff seems to be easy to communicate with and knowledgeable. They seem to be really good and skilled at keeping my dad comfortable. The food seems to be good, but my dad is used to eating certain kinds of food in certain kind of ways. I like that it’s available to him, though, and that he’s been gaining strength. There are activities every day that range from meetings with Veterans to poker, bingo, basically whatever you want get involved in. The opportunity is there to do the activities and they make an effort to make sure that everyone knows what’s going on day-to-day. The cleanliness seems to be good and I don’t really have any complaints about it. They do general housekeeping in the rooms about once a week and they keep the facility pretty clean. Overall, I would certainly recommend them and have already done so.

It's Ok Could Be Better
Mom is doing ok she seems to have settled in here. Mom has made a friend that she sits with at dinner. and she seems to like the food The staff is struggling with my request to keep her up more during the day so she can meet people and do things and then she can sleep at night. Overall the staff is friendly. Housekeeping is ok there is room for improvement

Friendly Staff!!
I enjoyed my experience at this community, the staff where on time to our appointment and very welcoming to my loved one and I. I thought they had a very clean facility with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for my mother but I would recommend it to anyone.

The right community!
My loved one moved into the right place. Her apartment is very comfortable and she is happy with the way things are going. She is making new friends with the other residents, in fact, she has like 2 or 3 close lady friends already.
