He came up right away to talk to Mom. He has been there for several months now. The only things I have seen that warranted ratings less than a 5 are he's supposed to be getting a shower twice a week, and sometimes when they're understaffed, they miss a day and don't go back to follow up. Sometimes with maintenance issues, I have to escalate beyond the initial work request. Meals are hit or miss with him Some things are very good, some things aren't. And I know that depends on each induvial person's tastes. The facility is always clean. Everybody there is super friendly. My dad never complains about any of his experiences with the staff. He is on personal care level one, so they check in on him every hour or two. For the most part he's a pleasant person but like everyone can be grumpy every once in a while. They've very patient and roll with the punches.
