The staff, they've been nothing but great. Super responsive. They continuously reach out with updates. Very friendly & excellent with the patients My father in law appears clean, happy. Well fed & his room & bed are always clean I can't say enough good things about this facility. They have been amazing!!!

The secretary/receptionist, [name removed] the Director, and [name removed] the Marketing Director, all welcome us by name whenever we visit The Highlands. [name removed] the head nurse has been very attentive as to asking us about his previous medications, tests and hospitalizations. The food is excellent! He is very happy being there after living alone for the past 16 years in North Kingstown. After being there a month, he's participating in the daily activities rather than going back to his room to fall asleep. My husband and I just happened to visit a few times when special events and musical performances were taking place and we felt welcome to participate and were very pleased. The Director was extremely helpful to me recently and pointed me in the right direction when I was very concerned when we realized that he had been financially taken advantage of by a previous caretaker. She told him (after asking our permission) that it would be best if he didn't see or talk to her again and he agreed. He said he feels safe at The Highlands and very happy. The Highlands is a very attractive facility, the rooms are clean and well kept. The Highlands is very affordable compared to the three other assisted living facilities that we visited. [name removed] at a Place for Mom in Rhode Island certainly gave us excellent advice in recommending an assisted living facility. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and well-informed. She and A Place for Mom certainly did their very best in assisting us to find the right place for our friend [name removed] , who unfortunately doesn't have family in Rhode Island. I couldn't have asked for a better place for him or a better advisor than in what is a difficult decision to make and for that I'm very grateful.

The community is fairly small and it feels more like a family environment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They worked with me and my father making the selection process and the final decision very easy. My father mood and health bounced right back after a week at Highlands. Meals are very well balanced and good quality. He is hardly ever in his room as he socializes all the time. In emergency situations, they are prompt and when he had to go to the hospital for a couple of days, the staff visited him and made arrangements with the hospital to take him right back where he was followed by the nurse at the facility. He is back to his routine.

Maple Ridge Memory Care gets all 5 stars from me. The staff here are very caring and concerned for their residents.

They participate in PACE program which kicks in after the $$ runs out. The rooms are big with nice windows that open. Staff really care about the residents and go beyond the basics to meet needs. It's not a luxury facility but the care is excellent. They interact very well with Hope Hospice to coordinate extra services. The food is basic and served on plastic plates but it is nutritious with the main meal served at lunchtime. Pets are welcome. All of the administrative staff are very available to family members. Because the staff keep residents involved in activities loved ones do so much better and look forward to participating.

My review of Susan Bailis is excellent. [name removed] , the. Exec Dtr, [name removed] & [name removed], the nurse were all so helpful. [name removed]went above & beyond his responsibility to help & keep Sheila there. Unfortunately, she was not well enough to live there for more than a week & ended up back in the hospital/rehabs several times. I would highly recommend Susan Bailis as a most desirable place to live.

My loved one is currently a resident at Maple Ridge Memory Care. The move in and acclimation was a smooth process. I would recommend this facility to others.

They try their best to have everyone happy. You recommend it and it is a perfect fit.

Every single thing about Maple Ridge Memory Care is absolutely great! All of the staff have always been helpful and friendly. So kind to my sister, holding her hand, checking in on her if she was in her room. Her laundry was always done when I was there. Sheets on her bed were always clean. Communication with the family is very good. [Name removed] and the nurses were always willing to meet and discuss any questions and will let you know if they are concerned about anything. The move in process was seamless. They even provided furniture and bought a new dresser when the one they had didn't fit. I cannot praise the facility and the staff highly enough. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering housing a loved one there.

My loved one is currently a resident at Forestview Manor Assisted Living and the experience has been great for her at this facility so far. The staff is absolutely wonderful and friendly. The move in process was easy and the staff helped us. The cleanliness and activities are great. The care services, meals and value for cost are good. I would recommend Forestview Manor Assisted Living to others.

My family and loved one have had a good experience with the community. All the staff here top to bottom has been excellent to work with. They are kind, caring, and helpful. Everyone is friendly. Overall, we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

Addison strives to personalize the experience as much as possible to each person's wants and needs . The management is very open to discussions and constructive criticism if something is not working as planned. It is a welcoming place across the board.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with the staff at The Highlands. From the first phone to our most recent visit to see my uncle the experience has exceeded my family's expectations. My uncle has been treated with kindness and patience every step of the way. It was a difficult decision to transition from independent living to assisted living but they have made it seamless.

It's very convenient. All in all, it's a good deal. While the quality seemed to be the same as other places I looked into, Windrose is a lot cheaper, so our loved one's money will go farther. The staff is great, although there have been some staff changes already since we've been there.. I like that they do a good job getting everybody involved in activities.

They take very good care of both of my parents there. My dad is in the memory care. Mom tells everyone how good they are to her in the lodge. My only fear is that eventually we might run out of money and have to place them somewhere else. But I'm very happy with the care they receive.

[name removed] was quick to respond to my inquiry, extremely helpful and accommodating. She and [name removed] accepted my mother within 2 days and greatly assisted in my mother's smooth transition to Maple Ridge. The daily nursing/health care is ample, prompt and caring. I am very impressed by the whole experience.

I tell friends about the structured days and the social interactions. Those two things are important for my mother and keep her moving every day.
