The Chef has been there 15 years! You know the food is good if he is still there.
The Med Tech has been there 9 years!
The care staff, I saw some had been there over 10 years.

Juniper Village at Preston Hollow is an assisted living and memory care community located north of Dallas, Texas on the Dallas/Preston line and would be ideal for those looking in the north Dallas area. A needed life changing event comes true
The decision to move to Juniper Village at Preston Hollow has made a remarkable improvement in my sister's life. The staff has been so supportive and helpful. She is very happy and is enjoying herself. I feel comfortable knowing she is with people I trust to watch over her. She is enjoying the food and personal treatment. Her room is kept clean and the staff was very helpful during her move in. Communication with the staff has been very good. I would recommend this facility to others.

All around disappointed
With the care services - the physical and occupational therapy that was paid extra by our family was excellent, they were great. However the care provided by the community was the opposite. We had pulled our loved one our early due to being sent to the hospital twice and on the second trip the hospital told us to find a different option for our loved one - that spoke volumes to us since our loved one pretty much digressed upon move in. With the meals our loved one had issues with constipation - they weren't the healthiest and did not have a good variety.

a nice community
This community is always very clean they do a really good job with that and all of the staff members are good people. What we have seen of the meals they look to be fine. Bingo is a big thing here and [name removed] is their activities coordinator who does a lot of things to really get the residents included. They are about at 50% capacity and the facility coordinator [name removed] is so sweet and is very engaged and has been helpful with the process. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We had a very good experience, everything was really good and our loved one was overall very happy and they were very happy with her. We are even recommending some neighbor's to go check out Juniper Village for their loved one. Sometimes after 7pm it was a little difficult to gain access because sometimes there wouldn't be anybody at the desk so that is maybe something they could work to improve on

I toured Juniper Village at Preston Hollow and had a good first impression & tour. I noticed that the rooms were very small and a bit rough. It looked like they took an office building and converted it into an apartment. We chose another community mainly because the rooms were not well finished here at Juniper Village.

Your loved one will THRIVE at Juniper
From my heart and soul, I’m sharing this review so the world will know how Juniper has changed my friend’s life. She’s in her late eighties and suffers from Parkinson’s, critical stage dementia, blindness and COPD. The triage of compassionate medical personnel and caregivers is truly beyond my expectations.
Not only was the on-boarding a flawless experience for my friend, but every day that I visit her I see joy, delight, and an eagerness to socialize with other residents. Her sparkle is back and her attitude is pure happiness. Comfortable seating alcoves, beautifully crafted meals (served on glass plates with cloth napkins!!), well-designed resident rooms, and activities designed to help her thrive are refreshing and obviously working.
Kudos to our PFM advocate, [name removed]. and the Juniper team for improving my friend’s life beyond measure – she’s in the most trusted care I could have hoped for.

Great assistant living community
The directors were superb in their knowledge of what my mom needed to feel comfortable. The support staff, to include the activities director, went up and beyond to showcase the benefits of the center. The center was clean and the food menu was tailored for quality. Each room could be adjusted to fit one desires and the price for what one receives is substantial. I strongly recommend this assistant living to put your love ones.

So Welcoming
Very pleased with our Mom’s experience so far. Juniper met all the needs we were looking for . My mother has been at Brookdale Preston for nearly 4 years now. I have been nothing less than thrilled with the level of care she has received. As with anywhere, there will be hiccups along the way, but Brookdale is fantastic about addressing & fixing any issues. I always feel welcomed & comfortable. Mom is thriving with activities, socializing, etc. But the best thing is the level of healthcare they get. Mom became ill over the summer. They called me immediately. During her treatment & recovery, Brookdale Preston's first concern was for her well being and the well being of every resident. Not only that, but they offered support & superior communication during that time. She recovered quickly! Keep up the great work, Brookdale!

A Happy Place
My mother has been at Brookdale for 7 years.
Through these past years her mental and physical health have declined, but NOT the care that she has received from when she first joined this community.
From every angle and aspect of service, it has been the best we could have asked for. The staff truly has ties with each individual, and they always go out of their way to meet their needs. They are warm and compassionate and it shows!

Our mother moved into Brookdale Preston 6 years ago, and we have been happy with every aspect of the Brookdale Preston facility. The positive energy, positive people, the lay out of Brookdale and the care givers have proven to be nothing but POSITIVE!! Very classy facility and wonderful staff
My loved one lives here. It’s a wonderful place, we really love it. The staff is real nice, the residents are friendly, and I love the dining room. It’s so classy and it’s really what you want. The food is excellent and there are plenty of options to choose from. Everything is very clean and housekeeping comes by her room once a week to clean everything. There are also a lot of activities for the residents to participate in, like bingo and movie nights, and different holiday events. I would recommend this place for others and even for myself.
