My loved one was a resident at Quail Park and it was a wonderful place. The staff was great, very attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend Quail Park Memory Care to others.

It wasn't older in appearance and gave me a comfortable feeling. I would recommend it to others.

The staff is awesome and I have had not seen any problems with the facility. I believe there could be a little bit more coordination of care with the families. As a family member you have to be proactive if you want information about your love one and there progress towards stated goals. It would be helpful to have one person to contact with specific questions. It was evident it was a well run facility when we visited a few times. Mom felt like she fit there right away.

They are all willing to help, if they can, to solve any problems. Housekeepers do a great job in my room, but some of the common areas need extra work, mostly due to pet issues. The quality of food and the many choices can't be beat. I would definitely recommend Quail Park of Lynnwood for all of the reasons above.

I would recommend this facility. Mom was in the Enhanced Assisted Living brach of this campus. They took good care of my mom. She was loved. They helped make the end of her life as good as it could be. She picked it out.

Everyone we've had contact with at Quail Park is very nice and has treated our parents that live there with kindness and compassion. The move-in process went quickly and smoothly. The meals look appealing and are good quality. Any time we're visiting and ask staff for something, they respond quickly. I would recommend the facility to others.

The staff is kind and caring, makes sure residents are clean, including them with other residents in activities. The facility is kept clean. I felt they took very good care of my brother.

Our family had an in person tour with Quail Park and even thought the price was double then what we are currently pay and it wasn't the place for our loved one, the amenities they offered were very nice and the tour was a great experience.

This beautiful, new facility is like a 5-star hotel. The Caregivers & Med Techs, Life Engagement Director, and ALL the staff in Memory Care have been wonderful with my dad. I have peace of mind knowing he's in such caring, kind, gentle, capable hands. They help him brush his teeth & get dressed each morning, then take him to the beautiful dining room for breakfast, then it’s fantastic activities every 30-60 minutes for the rest of the day, like painting, brain games, karaoke, group exercise, trivia, or watching performers that come in for dancing, singing & cultural events. It's so important that our loved ones have social involvement and Quail MC provides all of this for their residents. I could never provide my dad with the activities and the type of skilled care he receives at Quail MC, not to mention the patience required for all of these daily life skills & activities. I'm so grateful to the Memory Care Staff at QPSR for giving my sweet dad the very best quality of life possible.

What sticks out most about Quail Park is the location, not populated to the max yet, energy of staff in control of a new facility and collegiality of staff.

They're very friendly and seem to care about their residents. They seem to be skilled at handling dementia-related challenges. It's expensive but a good value.

The attention, kindness, and nourishment in this challenging transition made him feel at home, it was so beautiful.

It is expensive, however, they are taking great care of my mom. I've been in the lobby and had video calls it appears clean. During this pandemic it is hard to be able to touch your loved ones. Quail Park is doing a great job at keeping the family and residents connected.

They have the best care possible, and they make friends with your loved ones and treat them like family. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

I had my patient utilize a respite stay at Quail Park. I was extremely relieved and impressed with how well it went. It is a nice cozy, warm atmosphere and it seems as though there are more caregivers around the residents than most places I've been too. They also have really good programming with a music therapist, and they do virtual reality too. My patient was happy and well cared for. It is nice to know that there is a good place out there when it comes time to place long-term.

We would recommend this great community. We like the wonderful staff that is helpful with keeping us informed on her progress. She is liking the meals that are served with a good variety. The community is clean and maintained. We would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families for good care.

Marie was exceptional! We received a grand tour and extremely thorough information. We couldn't have been happier with the way we were treated, and the encouragement of the staff. This is an absolutely wonderful facility.

Very attentive, understanding and supportive. The staff have been so friendly and so helpful throughout the whole process. Both the residents and the staff just seem happy and content here, I would highly recommend them to anyone!
