Some of the communication hasn't been as clear, but since my dad had previous experience at a similar place he knew what to ask. The housekeeping has been great and they have set up a nice schedule. My dad got the extra laundry for $[name removed] per month where they do his personal laundry each week. He loves the food. I have eaten there a few times with him and it's been good each time. After a couple days they informed us our loved one was taking too much care and we had to hire additional care (on their approval) for additional 35.00 an hour to get our loved one acclimated to their routine.
