Parsons House has a very sweet and light feeling to it. Other places we looked into felt heavier, a little depressing. The staff maintain a generally cheerful way of caring for the residents and I’ve felt nothing but trust and relief that my brother is there.

We recommend Parsons House. They have gone over expectations many times.

We have had a great experience with Parson House Preston Hollow in the care given to our Mother/Mother-in-law who has been a resident there for slightly over one year. Our priority has been the care and safety of our mother. The care staff is competent, caring and responsive and do what they can to make all feel like family. The leadership team communicates regularly with resident families through a Family Council, frequent email communication, and ad hoc one on one meetings. They listen and, if appropriate, they act. In addition to regularly scheduled activities for the residents, they host a monthly dinner or buffet for resident’s and families. It is an entertaining and fun opportunity to be with other resident families. Parsons House is a care focused facility with a family feel that has worked wonderfully well for our Mother. I’ve had my loved one in Parsons House Preston Hollow for a year now, and things have only gotten better and better during his stay. I think that a great experience originates from the management, and Parsons House has a terrific executive director. She sets a tone and example of family, of kindness, and of quality that you can feel throughout the entire staff. Is any place perfect? No. But Parsons House really puts itself out there as a facility that is actively striving and succeeding at being the best it can possibly be. Through great management they are constantly working to improve, and to never to rest on their laurels. Staff is friendly, competent, loving, with kind and helpful attitudes. They truly care about the residents. And the size of Parsons House is perfect – it allows a flexibility that quickly solves problems without the red tape that can accompany larger facilities. I can’t imagine ever finding a better place to have my loved one, and I highly recommend Parsons House.

This has been a very positive experience for us and our loved one. I have recommend the community to others and will continue to do so. The staff is very friendly and available when we have questions. There is always something to participate in, if the residents would like to. My loved one had a medical condition last week and the staff were right on top of it responding to it, and to assist with getting it resolved quickly. The food is very good here.

I thought Parsons House was absolutely wonderful. They followed up with us after the tour and offered their assistance if they could ever be of help in any way. I was incredibly impressed. The only reason we decided not to go there was because it was just a tiny bit too small in terms of socialization for our loved one. But it was an unbelievably beautiful and well-maintained facility, and the people there were lovely and kind.

My loved one absolutely loves it there...especially the workers. I think the friendliness, kindness, patience, and the recognition of her individual gifts is what separates Parson's House from her first home. I don't have any improvements to share.

The folks that work at Parsons House are caring and thoughtful. I know that my father is safe and comfortable. The location is close by so we can visit whenever we need to or easily pick Dad up for appointments. I couldn't recommend Parsons House more!

Mom has been at Parsons for 14 years and we could not have made a better choice! The caregivers are very good and most have been working with Parsons for a long time. The food is very well prepared and a perfect fit for seniors. Management is top tier and have been working with Parsons system for quite some time. The cost of care is well below the market. We would recommend them for everyone’s consideration.

The resident s always seem very engaged with different activities in the main lobby whenever I get a chance to visit. It’s alway very clean and the employees always great me whenever I enter the building.

When I was looking for places to move my parents, I was most impressed with Parsons House. It didn’t have that corporate feel, they worked with you to get what is needed, everything my parents needed was there. It was a hard decision to live my parents out if their house but having them at Parsons House was the best option and I’m glad we went there.

Can’t say enough positive things about Parsons House staff and residents. Two of our family members were residents at Parsons House. Many of the staff have been with PH for many years. They truly care for residents and staff as part of a family.

My dad has been at the Parsons House for 4 1/2 years. The Parsons House is a small and warm community that works hard to reach each residents individual needs. The residents have many opportunities to be involved and to get to know each other. Activities, games, educational meetings, gardening, walks, excursions and more are available. For the residents. The residents families are included and invited to participate in the community . The Parsons House has been a blessing to our family.

I’ve been at Parsons House for almost 2 years, and I find that everyone here is very helpful very professional and knowledgeable. My dining experience is also very satisfying, overall food is good. And healthy, and fresh.

People and staff are friendly and helpful the place is very clean .resadent are friendly. A lot of fun accive . a good place for a family member. No need to leave you can get your hair done med come right your door or medaid

I've lived at Parsons House for 8 years and have had a good family experience. It has a lower population and is more one on one.. There are activities from games, restaurants and shopping to participate in and friendly staff.

Parsons House Cypress is a very family friendly community with great staff and residents. The Activities that I see on their Facebook page always makes me happy to have referred friends there! It is a community that I think everyone needs to experience. Everyone is so pleasant and they always have some form of entertainment and/or crafts in the community.

The staff at Parsons House are wonderful. They bend over backwards to make sure that your loved one is well taken care of and feels like a part of the community. It's just a wonderful place. The management and employees who work there go above and beyond. The food has a great variety, and if you have special requests, they make sure to accommodate those. If you don't show up for a meal, they come and ask if you need anything. It's just a top notch, great place that I cannot say enough good things about.
