I can't speak highly enough of the management team, who are known to become the cleaning crew if needed. Legacy is not just a job to them, it's a vocation. They struggle, like all Assisted Living facilities to recruit and hire good service staff, but we are really happy there, and believe this is her place for the rest of her life.. I like that they give other options if you don't like the main offering at each meal. The servers are friendly and respectful. We've had some hygiene issues, but part of that is my loved one's refusal, and there has been some turnover in staff. Otherwise, aside from wanting to be in his own place, he's happy as can be there. They provide the help he needs overall. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They call the residents by name and speak with them. They know me by name and talk to me when I come in.
